The investment objective is to achieve the Target Performance (which is the net return performance of the Reference Index (being the S&P 500 Index (less fees, expenses and transaction costs)). The fund does not intend to make dividend payments. The fund invests all or substantially all of the net proceeds of any issue of shares in global equities (including the constituents of the Reference Index (where appropriate)) and equity related securities, FDIs, units of other UCITS and Swaps.
