The VictoryShares THB Mid Cap ETF primarily invests, under normal market conditions, a minimum of 80% of its total assets in equity securities issued by mid-capitalization companies. The adviser defines "mid-cap companies" as those whose market capitalizations, at the initial time of purchase, fall within the range of companies represented in the Russell Mid Cap Index. The portfolio typically consists of approximately 30 securities, which are predominantly common stocks.
