The index is initially constructed of the 100 Eligible Components with the lowest Beta Variability score, equally-weighted, and subject to a maximum 30% of the number of constituents in the index being from a single sector. The advisor attempts to invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the component securities that make up the index. At least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index.
