This fund generally commits at least 80% of its overall holdings (excluding any collateral received from lending securities) to either the stocks that make up its benchmark index or to investments that have essentially the same financial characteristics as those index components. The reference index is weighted based on a modified free-float market capitalization. It consists of companies that are both established and traded in India, deliberately omitting shares from state-owned enterprises.
