This Invesco Global Buyback Achievers UCITS ETF is designed to mirror the net total return performance of the NASDAQ Global Buyback Achievers Index, after deducting all fees. The fund provides quarterly dividend distributions. Its benchmark index is composed of companies identified by two sub-indices: the NASDAQ US Buyback Achievers Index, which lists American corporations that have decreased their outstanding shares by 5% or more over the past year, and the NASDAQ International BuyBack Achievers Index, which includes non-US companies meeting a similar 5% or greater share reduction threshold in their most recent fiscal year.
