The fund generally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that meet the Multi Factor criteria that are the components of the index in an attempt to track the index. The index is composed of 100 constituents. The Adviser generally will use a replication methodology, meaning it will invest in all of the securities comprising the index in proportion to the weightings in the index.
