The fund combines ESG investing with an active approach. It invests in US and Canadian companies that meet either or both gender criteria: (i) have at least 25% female board representation and (ii) have a female CEO. Eligible companies should be NYSE-, Nasdaq-, or TSX-listed, and must also meet investability and liquidity requirements.
