The Invesco S&P MidCap 400 QVM Multi-factor ETF, referred to as the Fund, is designed to closely track the performance of its underlying benchmark, the S&P MIdCap 400 Quality, Value & Momentum Top 90% Multi-factor Index. Typically, the Fund allocates a minimum of 90% of its total assets to the common equity securities that make up this Index. The Index itself is curated to reflect the returns of a specific selection of companies chosen from the wider S&P MidCap 400 Index.
