This investment product is designed to offer a magnified return, specifically delivering two times (2x) the monthly-compounded performance of the Wells Fargo Business Development Company Index. This index is formulated to track the performance of all business development companies (BDCs) publicly traded on either the NYSE MKT or NASDAQ, provided they fulfill predefined market capitalization and other qualification criteria. The individual business development companies that make up the Wells Fargo Business Development Company Index are officially referred to as 'index constituents'.
