The Invesco KBW Regional Banking ETF (Fund) is based on the KBW Nasdaq Regional Banking Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities of publicly-traded US regional banking and thrift companies that comprise the Index. The Index is modified-market capitalization-weighted index that seeks to reflect the performance of such companies.
