The fund aims to achieve its investment goals by primarily allocating its capital, under normal market conditions, with at least 80% of its net assets (including any funds borrowed for investment purposes) placed into the equity shares of real estate investment trusts (REITs). This strategy covers REITs across various market capitalizations, including those with smaller market values. The portfolio has the flexibility to hold both equity-focused REITs and mortgage-backed REITs.
