Under typical market conditions, the fund aims to allocate at least 80% of its total capital to either the securities comprising its benchmark index or other investments possessing equivalent economic characteristics. This underlying index is made up of regulated closed-end investment companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs) that are publicly traded and listed on a major U. S. stock exchange.
