This ETF aims to achieve sustained capital growth over the long term by aligning its performance with that of the Reality Shares DIVCON Dividend Guard Index, prior to any fees and expenses. The index employs a strategy to select companies for long positions that demonstrate the highest probability of raising their dividends within a 12-month period, while simultaneously choosing companies for short positions that are most likely to cut their dividends within the same timeframe. Typically, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (excluding any collateral from securities lending, if applicable) will be invested in the securities that make up this benchmark index.
