Under normal circumstances, the fund will seek to invest at least 80% of the fund’s total assets in the component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index uses a rules-based methodology that seeks to provide exposure to large- and mid-capitalization securities in developed markets, excluding the U. S. and Canada, with above average free cash flow margins.
