American Potash Corp. engages in the acquisition and development of potash, lithium, cobalt, vanadium, and bromine mineral deposits in the United States and Mexico. It holds a 100% interest in the La Escondida Silver-Gold project comprising 16 reverse circulation holes covering an area of totaling 1,780 metres located in Sonara, Mexico; La Tortuga Silver project situated in Mexico; and Paradox Basin project located in Utah. The company was formerly known as New Tech Minerals Corp. and changed its name to American Potash Corp. in August 2022.
