Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd., an investment holding company, engages in the investment, development, operation, and management of power plants and other clean energy projects in the People's Republic of China. As of December 31, 2022, it owned 105 solar power plants and 20 wind power plants with aggregate grid-connected installed capacity of approximately 5,603.44MW. The company is also involved in the design and installation of solar power systems; and research and development of solar power products and solar technology, as well as operation and management of a wind power plant.

In addition, it holds development rights for hydropower and solar power projects. The company was formerly known as Panda Green Energy Group Limited and changed its name to Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. in September 2020.
