The fund seeks to primarily invest under normal circumstances in common stock of Space Exploration Technologies Corp., commonly known as SpaceX, (SPCX or "Underlying Security") and/or derivative instruments on SPCX, backed by a portfolio of Fixed Income Instruments of varying maturities, which may be represented by options and forwards, as well as Preferred Securities Instruments. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in the Underlying Security or derivatives on the Underlying Security. The fund is non-diversified.
