This fund primarily allocates at least 80% of its net assets to FLexible EXchange® Options. These options are linked to the performance of the SPDR® S&P 500® ETF Trust, an exchange-traded fund regulated under the Investment Company Act of 1940. FLEX Options are a type of exchange-traded derivative distinguished by their customizable terms. While the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) guarantees their settlement, they nonetheless carry counterparty risk with the OCC. Furthermore, their liquidity can be lower than that of more conventional exchange-traded options. Investors should also note that this fund is non-diversified.
