(VMC) is a North American enterprise engaged in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of transit buses for both public sector and commercial clients across the United States and Canada, marketed under its Vicinity brand. Its product portfolio encompasses a diverse range of vehicles, including electric, compressed natural gas (CNG), and clean diesel buses, in addition to electric trucks and various replacement components. Established in 2008 and headquartered in Aldergrove, Canada, the company was previously known as Grande West Transportation Group Inc. until it rebranded to Vicinity Motor Corp. in March 2021.
