This Trust's primary objective is to mirror the market performance of BNB. Furthermore, it aims to generate potential income by staking a portion of its BNB assets. However, the Sponsor retains sole discretion in determining whether to engage in staking, doing so only if it can avoid significant legal or regulatory risks.
