Univercell Holdings Inc. does not have significant operations. Prior to March 2005, it was engaged in the rental and sale of cellular phones to companies and individuals traveling overseas. The company was formerly known as UniverCell Global Phone Rentals, Inc. and changed its name to Univercell Holdings Inc. in December 2001.
