UDIV tracks an index to search for high dividend yield across the US equities market. The fund starts its selection process from the index parent universe, which is composed of large- and mid-capitalization US stocks representing the top 85% of the US equity market by float-adjusted market capitalization. From this universe, the underlying index aims to limit expected tracking error to the parent index by utilizing an optimization process that is applied at each quarterly reconstitution.
