The fund is an exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that uses a “passive management” (or indexing) approach to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the index. The index is a rules-based index that seeks to provide exposure to a global portfolio of companies identified as being engaged in the music, media, and entertainment industries. In seeking to obtain exposures comparable to those of the index, under normal market conditions, the fund will invest substantially all of its net assets in the securities that make up the index.
