The Fund seeks to track the performance of SUI as measured by the Pricing Benchmark, CME CF Sui - Dollar Reference Rate - New York Variant, as adjusted for the Trust's expenses and other liabilities, and to reflect rewards from staking a portion of the Trusts SUI.
