This investment vehicle's primary strategy is to commit almost all of its capital to a collection of Flexible EXchange® Options (FLEX Options). The intrinsic value of these options is directly linked to the performance of three specific underlying exchange-traded funds: the SPDR® S&P 500® ETF Trust (referred to as the S&P 500 ETF), the Invesco QQQ TrustSM, Series 1 (the QQQ ETF), and the iShares Russell 2000 ETF (the Russell 2000 ETF), which are collectively termed the Underlying ETFs. Therefore, the majority of the fund's assets will consist of these FLEX Options, whose value will fluctuate with the share prices of the applicable Underlying ETFs.
