This exchange-traded fund primarily allocates its capital to a selection of Flexible EXchange® Options (FLEX Options) that derive their value from three underlying assets: the SPDR® S&P 500® ETF Trust, the Invesco QQQ TrustSM, Series 1, and the iShares Russell 2000 ETF. FLEX Options are distinctive exchange-traded contracts known for their highly customizable features. Although their settlement is assured by the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), these options nonetheless present counterparty risk with the OCC and may exhibit lower liquidity compared to standard exchange-traded options.
