The 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the performance of ether. Effective August 28, 2025, the fund was renamed to 21Shares Ethereum ETF and the ticker changed from CETH to TETH. The Trust's investment objective is to track the performance of ether, as measured by the performance of the CME CF Ether-Dollar Reference Rate — New York Variant, adjusted for the Trust's expenses and other liabilities.
