The fund invests in securities comprising the index. The index was designed to measure the performance of companies engaged in the business of providing subscription services, i.e., companies that sell products or services for recurring subscription revenue. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amounts of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of subscription companies.
