The Invesco S&P 500 High Beta ETF, referred to as the Fund, aims to mirror the performance of the S&P 500 High Beta Index. Its investment mandate requires that a minimum of 90% of its total assets be allocated to the securities constituting this underlying index. Standard & Poor's is responsible for the compilation, maintenance, and calculation of the Index.
