The Sub-Adviser uses its proprietary Small & Mid Cap Opportunities investment process (“SMCO Process”) to seek risk-adjusted returns by investing in U. S. equity securities within the small- and mid-cap asset classes. The fund’s portfolio will typically consist of between 50-75 stocks.
