During periods of ordinary market activity, the fund will allocate at least 80% of its net assets to various debt instruments. Such debt holdings usually span U. S. corporate bonds, preferred equity, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) dedicated to bonds, government-backed debt, and privately issued debt securities.
