RCGE is an actively managed exchange-traded fund designed to provide investors with exposure to companies that prioritize gender equality in their organizational practices. The investment process begins by identifying a broad universe of the 3,000 largest stocks in developed markets and the 1,000 largest in emerging markets, both ranked by market capitalization. Eligible companies then undergo a detailed screening based on a proprietary gender equality score, which assesses aspects like workforce gender balance, pay equity, and policies concerning parental leave and sexual harassment; companies without a quantifiable score are excluded.
