The Quantify 2X Daily Alt Season Crypto ETF (QXAS) aims to deliver twice the daily return of a selection of major cryptocurrency assets, specifically excluding Bitcoin (BTC), stablecoins, and memecoins. This fund does not acquire cryptocurrencies directly. Instead, it gains market exposure indirectly through various financial tools, including swaps, options, futures contracts, and exchange-traded products (ETPs). Its investment focus is on up to ten digital assets that are actively traded on U.S. exchanges. Leveraged exposure is primarily achieved via options contracts, allowing the fund to make agile adjustments in response to shifts in market conditions, liquidity, or pricing. To address contango and backwardation, the fund utilizes standardized, cash-settled futures. Additionally, it invests in ETPs to establish long positions in the market. QXAS holds cash and other liquid instruments for collateral purposes and has the flexibility to enter into reverse repurchase agreements. A portion of its assets, up to 25%, may be invested through a wholly-owned subsidiary situated in the Cayman Islands. The portfolio, which is weighted by market capitalization, undergoes a review and rebalancing process at least once a month, with a maximum individual asset weighting of 50%. Being an actively managed fund, QXAS has complete authority to modify its holdings at its discretion. It is crucial to note that daily leverage resets can lead to the fund's long-term performance differing significantly from that of the underlying assets it tracks.
