The fund invests primarily in equity securities, principally common stocks of small cap companies. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of small cap companies. The Advisor employs a multi-manager approach to achieve the fund's investment objective.
