This actively managed Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) primarily aims to generate current income, while also pursuing capital appreciation as a secondary goal. It implements a unique "LightningSpread" strategy by establishing long market exposure through deep-in-the-money, long-dated call options. Concurrently, the fund daily sells zero-days-to-expiration (0DTE) put spreads. All of these option transactions are conducted on the Nasdaq-100 index or exchange-traded funds that track its performance. Any uninvested capital is allocated to short-term U.S. Treasury securities or money market funds. The ETF seeks to distribute income to its shareholders twice per week.
