The FT Vest Nasdaq-100 Buffer ETF - June (the "Fund") is structured to deliver investor returns that correspond to the price movements of the Invesco QQQ Trust SM, Series 1 (its benchmark), within a specific timeframe. Specifically, before fees and expenses, the Fund aims to capture the benchmark's gains up to a maximum of 18.21%. Concurrently, it offers protection, also prior to fees and expenses, against the initial 10% of any losses experienced by the benchmark.
