Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of the fund’s net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks of companies that the Advisor believes have a consistent history of earnings stability or growth, and strong prospects for continued earnings stability and growth based on the Advisor’s research and analysis.
