This ETF primarily allocates at least 90% of its total assets to the securities that make up its underlying index. This also includes American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) that represent those index constituents. The benchmark itself is designed to measure the performance of large and mid-capitalization stocks in developed markets around the world, as defined by the index provider, but explicitly excludes those based in the United States and Canada.
