The underlying index is composed of U. S. large- and mid-capitalization stocks that are selected and weighted so that, in the aggregate, the portfolio is compatible with the objectives of the Paris Agreement by following a decarbonization trajectory. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index.
