The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its assets in the securities that comprise the index. The index includes free-float market capitalization weighted companies and is comprised of U. S.-listed stocks and ADRs of companies whose primary business is in a sector or sub-sector (each, an “Orphaned Sector”) that is commonly “orphaned”, discarded, or excluded by ESG -centric mutual funds and ETFs registered under the “1940 Act”.
