Under typical operating conditions, this fund is committed to allocating at least 80% of its total investment capital to the securities that make up its designated benchmark index. This index is specifically constructed to mirror the financial performance of businesses that derive a minimum of 50% of their earnings or asset value from nickel-related endeavors. These activities encompass (i) the extraction, exploration, advancement, or production of nickel, collectively termed "Nickel Mining Companies"; (ii) substantial investments in nickel, accounting for all or a significant portion of their asset holdings; and/or (iii) firms engaged in the supply of nickel.
