This Fund is designed to achieve daily investment results, before deducting fees and expenses, that are two times the inverse of the daily percentage change in the common stock price of MicroStrategy Inc. (MSTR). Investors should be aware that there is no guarantee the Fund will consistently meet this target. Furthermore, due to the effects of compounding, it is generally not expected that the Fund will deliver a cumulative return equal to -2 times the performance of MSTR for holding periods exceeding a single day.
