Under typical market conditions, this fund primarily aims to achieve its investment objective by allocating a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any funds obtained through borrowing for investment purposes) to U. S. companies that generate at least half of their net revenue from the "Cannabis Business." It may also invest in derivative instruments that share similar economic characteristics with these securities. A substantial portion, specifically no less than 25%, of its total investments will be concentrated within the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and life sciences sectors.
