Lovitt Resources Inc., through its subsidiary, Lovitt Mining Company, Inc., focuses on the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold and silver properties in the United States and Canada. It holds interests in the Lovitt gold mine; and other mining assets consisting of approximately 250 acres of real estate located in Wenatchee, Washington. The company was formerly known as Lovitt Nutriceutical Corporation and changed its name to Lovitt Resources Inc. in September 2008.
