Under normal market conditions, the fund will pursue its investment objectives by investing in U. S. treasury securities and utilizing an option strategy consisting of purchasing and writing (selling) U. S. exchange-traded call options, including Flexible Exchange options (“FLEX Options”), on the iShares iBoxx Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF (the “Underlying ETF”).
