This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) aims to achieve its investment objective by predominantly allocating its capital to firms directly involved in legal tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) operations within the United States. Under typical market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets—including any funds acquired through borrowing for investment purposes—will be invested in these U. S. cannabis companies.
