Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the fund’s net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in U. S. and foreign exchange-listed equity securities of healthcare technology companies and American Depository Receipts (“ADRs”) on those securities. These securities may be of any market capitalization.
