The WisdomTree Long EUR Short USD 3x Daily (LEU3.L) is a fully collateralised Exchange Traded Product (ETP) that complies with UCITS regulations. It is designed to offer investors magnified, or leveraged, exposure to the Euro's performance relative to the US Dollar. This ETP aims to replicate the performance of the MSFXSM Triple Long Euro Total Return Index (MSCEERUL). Its total return is structured to deliver three times (3x) the daily movements of a long Euro/short US Dollar position, implemented through FX forward contracts. This return also incorporates any interest revenue generated, adjusted downwards for the product's associated fees and costs. To illustrate its daily leverage: should the Euro strengthen by 1% against the US Dollar in a single day, the ETP would typically see a 3% gain (before fees). Conversely, if the Euro weakens by 1% against the US Dollar over the same day, the ETP would experience a 3% loss (before fees).
