LatAmGrowth SPAC does not presently conduct any substantial commercial activities. Its primary objective is instead to complete a strategic business combination, which could involve a merger, an exchange of shares, an asset acquisition, a stock purchase, a corporate reorganization, or a similar transaction with one or more entities. For its inaugural partnership, the firm plans to prioritize businesses situated in Latin America or those within the United States that are owned by individuals of Hispanic heritage.
