Under typical market conditions, this fund is committed to investing at least 80% of its combined net assets and borrowed capital into assets linked directly or indirectly to physical silver. This allocation may include direct holdings in silver-backed securities, exchange-traded products (ETPs) focused on physical silver, or various derivative instruments whose value is derived from silver or silver-related ETPs. When verifying adherence to this 80% investment policy, the fund will also take into account the underlying investments held by any ETPs in which it participates.
